MetaMarshall is Marshall M. Butler (MMB). I live in the Riverside/Avondale area of Jacksonville, FL.
What's up with the name?
The prefix Meta- means about (e.g. - metadata is data about data). I figured this blog would pretty much be about me and my thoughts, so hence the name.
I have been married to Karen for 10 years. We have 2 beautiful daughters, Emily (6) and Maggie (4). My parents are Rodney and Vicky Butler. They own and operate Butler Cleaners. I also have a sister and brother-in-law, Betsy and Marshall Dixon (yes, another Marshall). My family all lives in the Riverside/Avondale area. Karen's immediate family also lives in Jacksonville. Her parents, F.D. and Norma Butler (yes, her maiden name is Butler, but we aren't related, we checked) live in the Arlington area near Karen's sister Hope and her husband Jesse.
