Avoid the dreaded 800-number phone tree!

The Get Human Database was mentioned on the Wall Street Journal This Morning podcast yesterday. This is a list of frequently used customer service numbers and the sequence you need to enter to quickly speak with a human.

Of course, there is no guarantee that all of the cheats still work. You know the phrase: "Please listen closely as our options have changed." Grrrr.
