Jay is doing the Sunrise to Sunset relay
It is a race across the state of Florida.

11:58 AM -- (Jay) Started at 11:21. I don't run until approx 7PM. Keep you posted.
3:53 PM -- (Jay) Third in our division. I don't go until 6:40. Lots of down time, but much fun!
7:52 PM -- (Jay) Just finished running 1:01 for 8.5 miles. What is that pace?
7:55 PM -- (MMB) 7:11/mile Very nice. What is your next leg?

6:36 PM -- (Jay) We finished 25 hours and 45 minutes. All tired but satisfied, particularly after a shower. Solo runner just came in and I got his autogragh on my forearm, a compromise from my forehead. Awesome experience, but ready for sleep. Thanks for being there with us via email.
