No swim this morning

Woke up at 5:30 to go swim. Saw flashes of light and heard thunder. No swimming for me this morning. Grrrrr.

Dude, So you lost 0.0001% of your swimming fitness. View it as an opportunity to rest. Perhaps do some stretching or an easy spin on your trainer for 20 min. Fitness accrues from recovery not the hard workouts. McLamb
