Here is the chart from the long loop bike ride this past Saturday. Lot's of high intensity stuff.

High correlation between the speed and heart rate indicates a steady incline or decline throughout the ride. And smart pacing throughout, even with the high intensity stuff in the middle. Good work!

On the rivet dog. Look at some of those accelerations that you handled well. I clocked 34.5 as a max and that was not down the bridge. You should be rolling on May 19th. The thing now is to keep up with the ride and maybe do some specific bike workouts that mimic the demands of that type of road ride. Venga, McLamb
